The Springfest Show in the Park will be held on Sunday, May 1, from 10 to 5 at Veterans Park located at the corner of 3rd Ave and Broadway in Westwood. Don't miss this fun shopping day event. One hundred & fifteen exhibitors will be participating with arts and crafts and an antique and collectible corner. The show is promoted by P.J.'s Promotions and sponsored by Westwood Recreation. Just some of the items featured at the Craft Show will be hand made cutting boards, hand painted gourds, hair accessories, resin & metal art, photography, pottery, ceramics, jewelry, fiber, florals, sports clocks, soaps, candles and pet items. Also apparel, garden decor, hand crafted pillows & totes, tie dye, stained glass, weather vanes, quilling, birdhouses, turned wood bowls, paintings and much more. The Antique and Collectible Corner features vintage toys, estate & costume jewelry, elegant & depression glass, antique coins, paper, pictures, pottery, country store items, silver, small furniture, linens, bric a brac plus much more will be on display. Festival foods, home made pickles, pretzels, kettle korn & Italian Ice will be available. A colorful spring flower display will be set up by a local garden center. Held rain or shine. Free admission.
