I’m on my half of the room and my current studio-mate has generously offered to leave her two art desks, stools, and rug so it’s essentially fully furnished! Large industrial windows with incredible natural light. Slop sink and freight elevator on floor. 5-10 minute walk to the bus to Port Authority; 10-15 minute walk to the Path. Located next to restaurants, shops, and a park. Must be vaccinated and boosted; no musicians please. About me: I’m a jewelry artist; I’m quiet and tend to keep to myself.
