The WINGS OF HISTORY Aircraft and Military Tank museum in San Martin Next to the San Martin County Airport located between Morgan Hill and Gilroy is having a BOOK AND MODEL SALE this Saturday between 8:30 and 11am. Image of books and models is only a small sample of the sale items. Great deals on Books, Magazines and Aircraft & Car Models- 20% off listed price AND no sales tax. Museum members get an additional 20% discount. Rain or Shine. Aircraft models include plastic & balsa kits as well as completed plastic, balsa & mahogany models. We have a very limited supply of the hard-to-find balsa flying model kits so come early for these. Car and train models are mostly Franklin Mint models. Magazines include Air Progress, Air Classics, Wings, Sport Aviation, Aircraft Modeler and many more, some dating back to the 1940’s. Some are bound issues. Many rare books are being offered from the museums extensive library. The museum book sale is from 8:30 to 11. The museum is open until 3pm. The aircraft museum features rare and unique vintage airplanes AND Military vehicles including TANKS. Admission is FREE to the museum, donations accepted.
