I am looking for someone with a background in motorcycles with at least enough knowledge to use a tire machine,and can service bikes along with cleaning bikes and getting them ready for sale. This is a do it all type of situation in which you will be doing all aspects from basic service to the detail end. Must be able to ride a motorcycle and have a VALID drivers license. NO METH HEADS (I could not care less about weed just do not show up to work high) NO DRUNKS (Social drinking is not a bad thing unless it affects you waking up and getting to work on time) NO DOUCHE BAGS (If you have been called one at least 3 times in one day by at least 2 different people then do not apply) NO NASTY DIRTY FOLKS (Must not look or smell like you have not had a bath or shower recently) NO HARD HEADED KNOW IT ALLS (Enough said) NO LAZY FOLKS (I do not pay people to sit around) NO EXTREME FAR LEFT LIBERALS (You know who you are) NO ONE WHO DOES NOT OWN A ALARM CLOCK (Must know how to use it) MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (Having a neighbor or girlfriend who will occasionally loan you a vehicle because you do not really own one yourself does not count. A bicycle is not considered a reliable form of transportation ) I am not trying to be a asshole but we have struggled with every type of person you can imagine and I am getting sick of it. All I am asking for is some good honest help someone willing to put forth some effort to help us get more out of the shop and be willing listen and open minded to learn as well. Basically I need someone who wants to work and I am willing to pay based on knowledge and work ethic. I do not expect anyone to do anything I am not willing to do and we all will be working right beside you. This is a Tuesday thru Friday schedule and you will be off Sat, Sun and Mon.
