In addition to a long history of steady growth, we need have need to add more hard-working people to our Assembly Team. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: Receives parts and materials for assigned assembly activity. Reviews and ensures quality of parts and materials received prior to performing assembly activities. Loads assembly machines and follows work instructions to complete assigned activity. May use tools and other instruments to complete the assembly process. Makes adjustments to assembly machines to ensure product meets specifications. Performs a basic visual inspection of the final product. May conduct manual tests to verify quality. Reports and describes errors or problems to supervisor or lead. Keeps equipment and work area clean and organized. Follows department safety rules and operating procedures. Responsible for supporting and adhering to company policies and procedures. The right candidate for this position will have: Solid attention to detail Strong communication and team skills A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Can lift up to 20 lbs. Self starting, once trained This position does not require previous assembly or manufacturing expereince to be considered a good fit; we are happy to train people with little experience to become expert assemblers. As your skill increase, our pay structure allows us to increase your pay the more proficient you become, up to $20/hr!
