Interior and Exterior Residential Painting

I am looking for interior and exterior paint for a house. I am happy to work with you on just one (interior or exterior) if that simplifies things. The house is 2500 sf, with three bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room (open floorpan). It was recently painted but a tenant has put in a bunch of nail holes etc and wear and tear. To make it simple, we can spray it all one color, including ceilings. The exterior: two stories, clapboard exterior. We will repaint using similar color. I'm attaching photos for reference - this is not the current condition. Please let me know your experience, the size of your team, your availability, what method you like to use for paint (spray, etc), and if you have a rough estimate of the time it would take your team to finish the job (again, okay to choose interior or exterior).
