The candidate will be responsible for:
Porter and clean exterior grounds of high end retail property.
Empty trash, pick up litter/trash, maintain restrooms.
Must be able to operate a golf cart.
Must be able to maneuver large trash cans.
Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently.
Must be able to stand, walk and bend over long periods of time.
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
Must be available for event set up, event take down and event janitorial needs.
