Balducci Builders is hiring. Currently a position is open for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team and oversee the construction of new home projects in the Central Virginia area. Requirements include: - Familiar with general construction & equipment knowledge - Must be familiar with blueprints - Make sure all trade work is up to standard - Ability to fulfill punch list items - Schedule delivery or pick up job site material - Maintain all assigned job sites - General carpentry as needed (based on individual skill sets) Candidate skill measurements: - Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain relationships between subcontractors and clients - Must be able to pass a background check, - Must hold valid Virginia driver’s license - Must be able to lift 50+ pounds - Strong organization skills with a highly-motivated mindset. - Previous construction experience required. Pay rate based on experience.
