Why does Biden want Ukraine to loose the War?

Is Biden scared of Putin or Xi I know he is scared to death that if he does too much more Xi will spill the beans on Hunter and it will be so damaging that Biden will be forced to resign Immediately! I mean he won't even be allowed to pack ad he knows it. Biden is Compromised and Congress MUST act or take the chance of engaging the whole US in this very same War that Biden himself created!
