headlights assembly Replacement

Does anyone know how to change the whole assembly of headlights? I need someone who can come over to my house and change them. Someone who’s honest reliable and trustworthy who doesn’t charge an arm and a leg.  I did some google search, and you don’t have to remove the bumper. just gotta mess with the lever to unlock and release it I don’t have the tools. Message me prices. Please and thanks. My passenger headlight had gone out and I needed to replace the bulb I got lazy and never got around to replacing it, when suddenly it came back on. It worked again for a couple weeks before going out, so now I’m guessing I must have a loose wire instead of a bad assembly/bulb I need someone to check all of this.
