Home Aide/PCA needed $20+/hour, 15-20 hrs/week, on 3-4 different days, for laundry, cleaning, organizing, light meal prep [One current aide is leaving shortly because there will be a new baby in the family, and the other is cutting hours because of long commute and high gas prices] The job: in our home in West Newton light meal preparation (coffee, sandwiches, food prep/microwaving) organize medications general housekeeping laundry assistance with wardrobe planning (lay out clothes for the next few days that are appropriate for the weather forecast) wheelchair/cushion cleaning assist with paperwork as needed trim finger- and toenails act as David's hands in other special projects (organizing an area, gathering items to be donated, etc) The schedule and pay: Hours and days somewhat flexible, but some evenings are a must Paid by direct deposit every 2 weeks, W-2 position (i.e. no self-employment taxes) Sick time and Mass. PFML Must have own social security number and be authorized to work in the US (can complete I-9 form).
