Monitor Production Schedules & Emails to ensure smooth flow of materials from production to shipping. Generate Packing Slips & BOL's Ship small packages and crates using UPS WorldShip & FedEx Ship Manager. Rent & Drive 26' Box or Flatbed trucks for lager local deliveries. Load Trucks using proper blankets, straps, and padding for secure delivery of material to job sites. Secure Tractor Trailer Companies with moving blankets, pads and straps for large deliveries going out of local delivery range. Relevant Skills : Knowledge of Window, Outlook. Word, UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship. Manager Filling & Data Entry Operate Forklifts/Coordinate Company Truck Maintenance. Efficient Route Planner/Shipping/ Expediting Experience. Updated DOT Medical Card. Clean BCI/MVR Records. Effective Customer Service Skills
