house cleaning and a carpet patch

Looking for someone to come do a final cleaning on a house before move in. Been doing some painting and construction and just want to get everything cleaned well. Have a carpet cleaner coming next Tuesday so come probably be after that is done. Also have the are seen in the photos of a bad carpet spot that needs patching...we have a piece for replacement. Please let me know an hourly price for both. Cleaning will probably be close to a full dayif it's one person
