You will be demoing a destroyed building. Very simple work pulling metal and demoing wood frame, dry wall, and a small amount of leftover furniture. Resuable metal in one pile everything else in roll off dumpser. Great way to work off anger. Need a couple people $10 an hour days are min 8 hours with pay in cash at the end of the day. First report day is Sat April 16th. This is a short term gig with hours that are basically revolving around when roll offs are able to be on site so there is no consistency to the scheduling and would be best as a secondary or side gig. Pizza and soda/water will be provided and there will be a 30 minute break at hour 4. There is no bathroom on site, but there is a bathroom about 2 miles down the road. You should: Be able to show up at 9-10AM on the report day. Have work boots (this is a destroyed building that has sharp metal, glass, and screws about) Gloves are HIGHLY recommended. Able to leave phone in your car or pocket. Have transport. Not be high or drunk during work hours. No alcohol on site. No drugs on site. Be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and 100-150 lbs with assistance, this job will have a lot of lifting materials into roll off or moving to a pile, swinging hammers, climbing ladders, and using tools to unfasten screws. It is LABOR intensive. A drill with various screw removal heads would make the job go a faster. Hand tools will be provided. A ladder will be on site. Sledges/crowbars will be provided. You are free to bring your own.
