General Laborers for a concrete precast company in Shawnee, KS. Starts at $18/hr. goes to $20.39/hr. after probationary period. Seeking individuals who have experience in general labor. Examples: landscaping, construction, concrete or any other general labor position. Mostly all indoor work. Job Description: The general labor position will include but is not limited to, the setting up and pouring of concrete forms and finishing of the final product. This position may be expected to work longer hours as well as some weekends. Must be a self-starter and motivated to see tasks through to completion. This individual must be able to successfully communicate and coordinate with other team members at all times to maximize production. Must have good attention to detail and be safety oriented. Pay: $18/hr. Plus Overtime (averaging 45-50 hours per week) Pay moves to $20.39/hr. after probationary period Shift: Days - 6am or 7am start time
