Ampersand is hiring a full-time plant operator who will be responsible for the operation and maintenance activities of two hydroelectric generating stations located in Long Falls, NY and Kayuta Lake, NY. Duties include routine inspection of both facility sites, operation of the equipment, and required maintenance work. This will be a salaried position requiring 40 hours per week. Hours are flexible but some weekend work will be required on an as-needed basis to verify/monitor the status of both plants. On-call status is required.
