Looking for the following work to be done. Pay is hourly or by job.
Lady to plastic and tape off windows etc including future make ready cleaning.
Carpentry - Repair damaged wood outside and small repairs inside.
Painting - inside & outside using sprayer/airless, brush & roll.
Plumbing - replace faucets, etc.
Electrical - replace lights, switches, outlets, etc.
Windows - replace and repair.
Landscaping - trim shrubs, bushes, clean up yard
Haul off
NO Drug Users, MUST be reliable and on time.
