Need help

Description

I found a dog outside with a home made bandage on the dog. He is really sweet to humans but tried to attack my other intact male dog who is much smaller then him. He seems to be a pitbull mix with German Shepard. I have tried to call animal control and all shelters and they say they can only put in a report ! If anyone can take him to a vet or is willing to take care of him !!!
