Investment Property Group has an exciting opportunity for Maintenance Tech/Groundskeeper to work at our manufactured home community, Remington Arms, in Redmond, OR! If you're a self-starter with an eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast pace environment and have excellent communication skills, we invite you to join our talented team! What is in it for you? -Pay $16 per hour -Part-time hours -Work with a talented team Duties & Responsibilities: -Complete daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing and electrical duties at the property -Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas. -Identify or troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, irrigation repair issues. -Complete work orders within 24 hours -Follow a preventative maintenance schedule -Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the mobile home community -Wear any uniform that is provided during work hours -Driving company vehicles (pick-up truck and snow plow) Knowledge, skills & Abilities: -Minimum of 1 year of property maintenance experience a PLUS -Valid Driver's License and clean driving record -Work efficiently under minimum supervision -Promote positive, proactive resident relations -Lifting and carrying up to 60 pounds unassisted -Able to work weekends as needed -Use hand tools as necessary -Excellent customer service We are hiring now and want to hear from YOU!
