Starting pay: $20 - $28 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule: M-F . What is the job? The mechanic performs maintenance and repair activities on heavy truck, heave-duty machinery, and off-road equipment. You will be able to maintain your own shop area and   You will also regularly: Work on repairs and maintain tractor-trailer equipment electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, drive train, steering and suspension systems Diagnose problems, disassemble units, reassemble units Fabricate, modify, and install special equipment or replace parts using mills, lathes, welders, and metal cutting tools Perform routine maintenance Maintain clean and organized work area What you need to apply At least 1-2 years of mechanical experience Welding and Fabrication skills Familiar with DOT specs and regulations preferred Able to work well with minimal supervision   How can your career grow?
