I do take note of this time of the year. The sky over Portland was blue and full of fluffy white clouds. We had lunch on a bench between the Sacagawea statue and the overlook. I wonder if you've been back there and remembered us. I have a few times over the decades. Could I live in Portland once again? Maybe buy a house in SE or just get a condo in the towers near PSU? I'd have to get a second home where the sun shines in the winter. Maybe Kona or Tucson or Ajijic. Or maybe just turn my back on the Northwest and oscillate between New England and the Mediterranean. I guess I'd need a reason to return. I don't have one anymore.
