Caretaker needed for cleaning and light maintenance at two apartment complexes located in Mercer, WI. One complex consists of 12 units in a single story building. The other property consists of 3 two-story buildings with 12 units total. Basic duties include cleaning hallways, common areas and laundry rooms once per week, showing units to prospective tenants, making sure the yard is free of trash and debris and collecting "work orders" from residents who are having maintenance issues. For this you will receive a regular salary each month starting at $300.00 per month for each property. For extra work (cleaning vacant units, small repairs, etc.) you will receive extra pay of $15.00 per hour as well as the following amounts for painting: $250 for a 1 bedroom unit, $275 for a two bedroom unit and $300 for a 3 bedroom unit.
