Job Title: Night Stocking Supervisor Summary Assists the management team in the nighttime oversight of train operations, including train arrival, managing stockers, overseeing onboard reporting, and product control. Ensures accurate inventory is taken nightly onboard the train and correct ordering procedure is followed for all consists. Other duties may be assigned. Human Resource Functions •Ensures all uniform and grooming standards are met •Ensures scheduling is adhered to, manages daily changes to ensure coverage •Works with Project Manager in the opening orientation and training •Records and communicates any onboard issues from the previous two days •Oversee closing checklists are complete and accurate for all position •Ensures all stocking procedure is complete and accurate •Has good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel •Assists in processing daily onboard reports •Has working knowledge of POS System and troubleshooting Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises staff of 3-4 employees in food service. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
