OK, so what does your picture page show??? Does it show the circumstances behind the arrest or what you call murder? NO One thing people that die have in common is they either fight or run instead of listening and doing what they are told. Racist probably not. Just arguing, running, or fighting officers would probably be the main issue. Sorry to say but Blacks have an issue with getting aggressive with officers, not all their fault because a lot of them are brought up thinking officials are bad and out to get them. If you are repeatedly told this from a young age what would you do.
