Loving homeless cat in need of loving family

To be clear, this is a stray cat. I believe the cat is female, but I haven't thoroughly checked. Looks to be about a year old. She is very affectionate, lets me pick her up, and loves pets more than the food that I offer to her. She purrs really loud and meows a lot (probably because she's asking for attention and love). She is outsides at the moment and will definitely need to be washed, taken to vet for a check up. Unfortunately I cannot keep her in my house because I have two of my own already. There is a small rehoming fee of $25 to make sure she goes to a nice home. Please let me know if you're interested.
