Beginner lessons for guitar

I recently had my guitar at a septa stop. I left it on a bench just to go get a fair and when I turned back around it was gone. I'm pretty broke can't afford to replace right now. I miss playing. I'm not a great player just intermediate but I'd like to offer to teach someone what I know for an acoustic guitar. Wouldn't have to be anything special. Just playable so I can jam and accompany you for the lessons. I have taught people to play. I'm in feasterville but willing to meet with you. The lessons can be anywhere. Park, station, public place, your place whatever. I don't really have a home to offer. I've played a long time and can get you further along if you're just kinda starting. So if someone has been thinking about lessons and can't afford bit has an old acoustic laying around. We could do a deal. Depending on it's worth I'll give a number of lessons according to the value of course. For example. Let's say you have an old squire acoustic. In one piece I'd give it a value of $80 and trade it for 4 hours worth of lessons. If you're good people maybe more. You could break the four hours up into 4 lessons or something like that. Anyway I'm just trying to get to own a guitar again
