Small retaining wall rebuilt- respace spindles

I have a small retaining wall, about 10' long and about 3 railroad ties deep. I need it replaced. I have the railroad ties. You'll need to dig behind it first, then install. I have 50 spindles that need to be removed, respaced, and replaced. Use the existing spindles and I have some additional. Let me know that you have the skills, tools, and experience to do and when you can do it.
