Colorado Building Maintenance is a full service cleaning company in Colorado Springs, and presently we are looking for several dependable people to join our team. At present, we are looking for subcontractors to maintain several buildings we have under contract. Ideally we would like to find a couple of people willing to work together. Perfect for a couple or 2 friends who work well together. Pay would be a monthly salary, based on the size of the building and time demands. Experience in cleaning is preferred.
