Hardwood Floor Subcontractor Crews Wanted We are an established flooring company primarily in residential remodeling, looking for experienced flooring installers and sanding/refinish subcontractors. We are looking for those with experience, good work ethic, and will show up. You will be provided with work with minimal homeowner interaction. You will need to provide all gear and equipment related to installing (and refinishing) floors, be able to move and replace furniture. Be able to install quarter round or shoe molding. Be able to remove current flooring if needed. Understand subfloor flatness requirements, expansion spacing and more. We are looking for the following: Hardwood installers - prefinished or site finished Sander/refinishers Board Replacement Laminate/LVP/LVT Glue down Engineered Wood, hardwood or vinyl Stairs - hardwood, LVP, refinish Carpet Outdoor Carpet Tile flooring Tile showers Tile backsplashes Tile Fireplaces You will need to have a reliable vehicle, drivers license and be licensed and insured.
