Looking for a Crew Leader or someone who is interested in moving into a crew leader position for a small landscaping company. Must have a valid drivers license and be approved on the company insurance. Pay will depend on experience but will start between 16-19 per hour and you will be eligible for a raise after a month when you are familiar with the properties. Experience requirements • Inital pay will depend on amount of time spent running a crew some experience will help but none is required if you’re willing to learn • Mowing with a zero turn • Use of weedeater, edger, blower etc • Pruning, some plant knowledge • Driving a truck and trailer daily • Use of roundup • Reliable transportation • Mulch and pinestraw • Willing to learn, good communication skills • Commercial and residential properties Snow plowing experience, pesticide experience and bi lingual are a plus.
