Please please help we miss him

Please help us find Dussè. My dog went missing in the Broad Creek area of Norfolk. Last street seen on Merrimac Ave around 8pm. He is a 3 year old full breed yorkie. His color is black and tan with a hint or grey. He has a medical condition that requires him to take meds twice monthly. First picture is most recent. (It was said that a couple in a blue Nissan Maxima was chasing my dog)
