Our ideal candidate can: • Bring a client’s dreams to life in the form of patios, retaining walls, firepits and outdoor kitchens • Operate various types of power equipment: loaders, chainsaw, sod cutters, concrete saws, bed edgers and many others • Demonstrate proper tree and shrub installation, have a good plant identification background, and strong design reading and bed layout skills • Install drainage systems, repair lighting and irrigation and be able to problem solve on the job • Commit to maintaining reliable attendance with good transportation • Work on designated Saturdays Salary Range & Benefits: $15-$19 per hour depending on experience and ability Monthly cell phone allowance provided Sign on bonus of $500.00 after 90 days if certain criteria are met Monthly reward program for qualified team members Certification and continuing education opportunities Advancement opportunities available Contact: Please come apply in person at Summit Lawn and Landscape! 12020 Grandview Rd, Grandview, MO 64030.
