Location in NORTH DENTON. You MUST live close to DENTON. We need a Handyman/Landscaper person for a private house on a large acreage. All tools, equipment, zero-turn mower, weed eaters, etc are provided. We need someone to help with small projects inside and outside the house. You must enjoy keeping a clean work environment, organizing tools, cleaning up after projects, etc. Prior experience with landscaping is required. WEEKLY PAY ALL in CASH. You must have a valid drivers license, drug-free, and no violent convictions on your record. You need to be Drama-free at work, easy to get along with, a good listener that asks questions if you don't understand the instructions, and not too chatty. You will be working alone for the most part. Pay is $15/hr, no hold outs, paid weekly in cash. Schedule is flexible. You make your schedule at the beginning of the week and stick to it...Approximately 30 hours a week any days/hours between 7:00AM - 4:00PM Monday - Sunday. I will make a list of things to do and constantly add to it. Up to $200 Bonus every 4 weeks based on productivity/positive vibes.
