What are we looking for? We are looking for a hardworking dedicated person to come in at an entry level and learn how to be an operator of equipment that takes large aluminum metal coils and applies paint coatings in one of our 32 signature colors. The Machine Operator Trainee will: Work directly under an Operator in the Entry, Coating, or Payoff areas Assist with the operation of the machinery Learn techniques for operating continuous feed machinery Learn quality control standards and practices Learn the skills and techniques needed to be promoted to Machine Operator in the Entry, Coating, or Payoff areas Pay: Base Hourly Rate - $15/hr + $2.13 Biweekly Production Bonus - Up To $3.50/hr Total Hourly - Up To $19.63/hr Why Senox? Job Type: Full-time Days: Monday 2 pm-6 pm and Tues.-Thurs. 6 am-6 pm --- Some Fridays required Nights: Mon.-Wed. 6 pm-6 am and Thursday 6 pm-10 pm --- Some Fridays required Wage: $18.63/hr ($15/hr base pay + $1.50/hr rotation pay + $2.13/hr metro pay) - paid every 2 weeks Bonus: Average $1/hr team production bonus - paid every 2 weeks Average: $19.63/hr (base + bonus), plus benefits too!
