Full-time or Part-time Opportunities: Outdoor Escapes of Iowa is looking for individuals to join their 2022 landscape team! We are looking for hardworking individuals who are motivated and enjoy working for a solid reputable company and great people. No experience is required. Wage is competitive with current market and will be based on experience. Job sites vary and will be located between the Des Moines' and Ames' areas. Outdoor Escapes focuses on commercial and residential landscaping including landscape design and installation, tree care, plant design, land clearing, and mulch; and snow removal, so there are year-round opportunities! We are looking for part-time or full-time employees. Full-time hours typically range between 40 to 55 hours year around. Full-time employees are given paid holidays and earn paid time off. ◦ Landscape design and maintenance ◦ Tree and plant care and maintenance ◦ Ability to work outside in all weather conditions ◦ Lift heavy objects, at least 50 lbs ◦ Report to work when required and be on time ◦ Able to take direction and have strong communication skills ◦ No prior experience required
