Looking to share a house.

Will be moving in probably 6 months or so. Waiting on lawyers to probate my mothers will and sell house and estate. Cant move right now because I pay for everything and I have a sister that also lives here. She already has a place to go when we do make the move. Was planning to lease a apartment in Greenville but would prefer to share a place in a good part of town until I decide where I want to live permanently. All I know is I need to get away from the devil dallas area. Something about me. I am white, 67, retired and work part time for a florist in Rockwall. Very clean and take care of my responsibilities. I have no criminal record and I do not smoke or drink. I do have a girlfriend and we do spend time together when possible. I am a cancer survivor going on almost 10 years. I have a 3 year old female chihuahua. She is very friendly and loves everyone especially ladies. I do kennel my dog when I go to work or play. A fenced yard would be nice but is not a necessity. Let me know what you have and how much. We can go from there.
