Looking to hire a chef for a 4-day gig at McCormick Place for the National Restaurant Association show. Need to prep, cook, and serve 300 bite-size samples daily at the show. Hours are 9:30 to 5PM from May 21 to May 24. Dishes must be elegant for a mid-casual and fine dining audience. Food to be prepared offsite and brought to show daily.
