Now Hiring for Landscape/Lawn Team Leader This is not just a mowing position, mowing 3 days a week and landscape work the rest Laid back work environment, no micro managing, no drama. We pay well and on time and expect you to do the work you are hired for. Must have a valid drivers license that can be insured Job includes: -removing old landscaping and installing new following a 2d plan/3d rendering -install fresh new landscapes -installing all aspects of the landscape project from installing weed fabric, weeding beds, installing mulch or stone -working with a team of yourself and one or 2 others, or by yourself on small jobs -Communicate what materials are needed on the job as it progresses so they can be ready -run a mower, weed, eater, blower, trim bushes, and pull weeds!!! -report issues with equipment so repair can be fixed Laid back work environment, no micro managing, no drama. Requirements: -Valid Drivers License ( insurable by insurance company) -be able to work with one to 2 others -drive truck with or without trailer -organized and able to communicate -customer service skills -run a mower, weedeater, edger and blower. -be on time!! benefits: -weekly pay, -Paid Time off after probationary period ( 90 days) -Paid holidays -no weekend work ( have worked 1 saturday in a year) -time and half paid over 40 hours ( its the law we mess with this) hours: M-F 7:30am to 4 pm ( 30 minute lunch breaks) email with description of your exp. and contact information ( phone number and email)
