https://oldsmarsoccer.teamsnapsites.com/competitive-tryout-information/ The Oldsmar Soccer Club Competitive program is for the committed youth soccer player looking for a higher level soccer experience. The program is for the U9 through U19 age levels for both boys and girls. A challenging environment that promotes player development through professional training, coaching, competitive matches, and a developmentally appropriate curriculum. To play at a competitive level, it requires a commitment from both the players and the parents. All players are required to attend two soccer practices per week and depending on the level of play, team and coach, the player might be required to attend three practices a week. To be a part of the competitive program, every player goes through an annual tryout process usually in the month of May for the following season. Players are selected onto teams based on their appropriate skill level and in some instances are dual rostered onto teams within their appropriate age groups to accommodate the growth of development. All the coaching/training in the Competitive Program is conducted under the direction of the OSC professional Technical Staff. The OSC Competitive teams participate in The USA-League (Premier, 2nd or 3rd Division) and FSPL.
