Experienced Barista for evening event at Coffee shop

We are a soon to be open coffee shop in West Adams (late summer) that is attached to our other business. We are throwing an event and would like to have our coffee shop serving for the evening. We are running a Marzocco with a variety of grinders etc and the shop will be fully operational at the event. We are looking for a very experienced barista familiar with classic 3rd wave style drinks, have a passion for coffee and the process. Think craft syle boutique coffee house not starbucks.. We are not looking to train, as this is a 1 night event (if things go great, a job when we open is not off the table). Pay will be $30/hr plus tips for this event Event is 5pm to 10pm with up to 1hr cleanup at the end of the night (so roughly 6hrs total)
