Must have pro gear, experience, a great attitude, a job and your own transportation.Bassist with 30+ yrs experience. I know all that standards.....but lean towards the harder stuff. The Hollies to the Deftones. I'm a 29 year old Grand Rapids based singer/songwriter and guitar player, mostly songs with an americana/outlaw country feel. Looking for a drummer to form a band idea I have, fuzzed out country garage rock. Think Waylon Jennings and the White Stripes having a baby. I have around 15 songs fully written. Trying to keep this idea super simple/minimalistic. Just a basic kit and a cheap guitar straight into a cheap amp. Not looking to get too serious, just get going on some local shows and see where it takes us. while i dont own the equipment......i can also play guitar, drums, and a tiny bit of keyboard We have shared the stage with numerous big bands and have played shows all over the country, with more booked already for this year. We're currently writing new music and want someone committed to rehearsing once per week with the ability to play big shows on weekends.
