(Fully Leathered, one punch knock out, lay the law kinda guy) - GREAT STORIES (Best story teller at your local bar. Think you have the best jokes but everyone knows you don’t, Back in my day kinda guy) - Family Man (The whole staff needs to know everything about your grandchildren) - The ability to manage, teach, and smack around a bunch of young money hungry dudes. Whip the team into shape. - An old Pick up Truck, or pick up truck. (You will not use for work) - Veterans (Thank you for your service PLEASE RESPOND) - Know the game and have the ability to teach the game. - Have more grey hairs then natural hair color. - Represent the business with customers and associates. - Ability to Pick Up The Hammer when you have/want/need to. - Ability to drive. Must have a clean drivers license. - Ability to lead. - Manage jobs and run crews. - Patience. - Jack of all trades kinda guy. - Understand blue prints. - Detail Orientated The right individual understands this.
