Extremely busy contractor looking for someone to assist with sales and possibly project manage. You must know interior and exterior construction. We are growing and estimates are coming in weekly. I have expectations of the person(s) I plan to hire. My goal is once sale is made and a contract is signed they will have to pay a 10% retaining fee. I will pay 5% of the job if the lead is my own and 10% if you brought in the lead. Its a 10-99 position.
