Im looking for legal counsel for a trustee that did not create "a special needs trust",when my mom instructed her to,but didnt.I have a history of special needs & im disabled and need help.Thanks Im on SSI and my funds are very limited,but this revocable trust says one thing and in the following 2 instruments there is no mention of a special needs trust anywhere.
