Like New! Really!! I bought this new on 27 Nov for my newly adopted 40 lb Vizsla/Pit puppy (10 months old) She immediately took to it, but I realized she needed more room to play while I was at work. I upgraded to a 48" in Feb. I work weekends, unfortunately, but off Tu We Fr, we'll make an appointment for viewing in my apartment complex at the office, under the video cams, and YES, you can bring your pup to check the fit.
