Need help setting posts and pouring 800 sq ft slab for a pole barn

Need someone experienced with setting tall posts and concrete work, setting forms, a little bit of rebar, pouring and floating. The posts are gonna be 15 ft in the air with horizontal beams. Please see the pictures attached and it should make sense. Please look at them. I figure attaching an auger to my bobcat and augering 5 ft holes for the roof posts, dropping 20 ft 4 x 6's in the hole. Unless you think 3 foot is deep enough? I'm not experienced. I'd be doing this myself if I hadn't hurt my back. 20 x 40 slab- need forms put up, I'm thinking 4 inches, floated- I don't have any floats- will have to rent them. NO METH-HEADS OR ADDICTS! I'M DONE HAVING MY TOOLS AND OTHER SH-T STOLEN. I now do home testing for drug use. I will ask you to spit into a tube. Found the tests kits at Wal-mart for $2 a test. Money well spent. I don't care about weed. Everything else I have a problem with.
