This camp will focus on preparing your middle school & high school athlete for the upcoming Fall season Athlete Development: Pre-Season Camp This camp will focus on movement patterns, strength, power, and speed developments, that will assist your middle school and high school athlete preparing for the upcoming Fall athletic season. Camp Dates and Times: July 11- 21 2022 11:15am-12:30pm Middle School Athletes 1:15pm-2:30pm High School Athletes Camp Sessions are Monday- Thursday Space is limited to 12 athletes per camp Ages 10-18 years old Camp registration cost is $200.00 per athlete per camp
