Looking for a Handyman or Contractor who is capable of servicing bank owned (REO) properties; must be capable of performing the at least 2 of the following tasks: - Property Inspections - Landscaping Services - Tree Removal - Snow Removal - Debris/Trash Removal - White Glove Cleaning Services - Winterizations - Mold Remediation - Pool Maintenance - Lock Change/ReKey - Winterizations Please include coverage areas in your response (Bronx, Brooklyn, Nassau County, Richmond County, Rockland County, Queens, Westchester County) Must have your OWN TOOLS. Must be INSURED. Must be able to complete tasks in 48 HOURS. Referrals for the services above are also welcomed.
