What happens when you pair wine with the perfect yoga pose... You get double the Zen! Come enjoy a delicious one hour vinyasa flow that will invigorate and deeply relax your body and mind. You’ll move through different yoga poses while practicing your wine tasting senses: see, swirl, sniff, sip, and savor. Class is led by Veronika Pava @PavasanaYoga and will take place on Bay 13 Brewery’s scenic lawn. Bring a mat and towel. No experience is necessary to sip and flow, this class is open to all skill levels and wine lovers 21+.
