Pepper’s Artful Events serves a variety of event needs ranging anywhere from small yet intimate dinner parties to large galas and weddings. Job Duties The operations team is the backbone of our company. We pack, load, set-up, clean-up and unload each and every job to par with the needs of the event. In order to be successful, our team works diligently to make sure our equipment is well taken-care of and our products and services are nothing less than spectacular! Some of our duties include but are not limited to: · Staging items for events · Loading event items onto company vehicles · Unloading events and processing returning items · Dishwashing and cleaning · Organizing and inventory · Providing help with kitchen prep when needed · General housekeeping, both inside and outside the building Requirements/Qualifications · Valid Driver’s License · 18 years or older · Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more · A strong work ethic · Ability to work in a team setting · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Adaptability and willingness to overcome challenges · Positive energy and great attitude · Reliable · Accountable · MUST FOLLOW COVID-19 PROTOCOL Schedule · Weekdays · Weekend availability · 8 hour shift (not including events) · Flexibility Other Info · Equal opportunity employer · Drug/alcohol free workplace policy Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Covid-19 Vaccination required
